FAQ:
Are the OS Genuine?
- Yes, absolutely genuine. We buy from Apple and/or Microsoft and ship the original install disk(s) along. Apple has a large and feisty legal team, it would be silly from us to even try shipping "copies".
I already have the OS, can you just install it and I'll put the info myself?
- No! Absolutely not! That would be illegal for us to do so.
But if you insist, we can ship the drive "As Is". Formatted, Partitioned, with nothing in it. it's not bootable as there is no OS in it.
How do I know that I will receive the products?
- You have hereby our written warranty, and also :
- You pay via Paypal, hence you have: Buyer Protection and Paypal has our (verified) name, address and bank account #. It would take you very little to make us experience the nearest jail facility. Furthermore, if you purchase outside MA, trying to scam you would grant us a "federal mail fraud": No Thanks! We'll stick to our word.
As a reminder, we ship Priority with Tracking number.
What if I have a problem?
- You won't! All configs are tested before shipping, and even if you are not sure about something we'll fix it! We provide free support, Phone, emails, or via iChat Video Screen Sharing and Control.
Can I change my mind?
- Yes you can, but within a reasonable time frame: If you have a buyer's remorse and change your mind for whatever reason in a timely manner, we will return the funds to you, minus the Paypal fee (that they charge to us). We'll even send you a screen copy to prove to you the Paypal fees charged to us. Once we have purchased the goods, it's too late for us to return them, but we will always try to accommodate you to the best way we can. (i. e, if another client order the same config, we'll tell you and reimburse you)
You mentioned a 10yrs warranty on the Corsair USB, is it a joke?
- No. 10 (Ten) on USB 2.0 , 5 (five) on USB 3.0 32GB. I guess that's why they boast that their USB have been frozen, washed, and run over by a SUV. (We have not tried!)
How do I know that you don't install malware?
For 5 Good Reasons:
1: Paypal has our Name, Address, Bank Account #, etc. Cops could find us in 3 seconds and installing such would send us in jail. Here again, No Thanks! Plus, you suing us does not seems like a good business deal.
2: FYI, we install, upon request, Sophos Antivirus Free Home Edition For Mac. That would be silly to install an Antivirus AND a malware at the same time...no?
3: Rootkit Hunter is also free. We can install it too, just ask.
4: We are good guys, not little scums. We also have day jobs ...
5: We are just plain honest.
